At NEXT50, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Change of Mind Returns
Not fully satisfied? If your product is unopened and unused, simply send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the product price.
As NEXT50 is a consumable health product, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on opened products.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs may apply.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue at support@next50.com.au. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Subscription Orders
If you're on a NEXT50 subscription, you can cancel your NEXT50 subscription anytime through your subscription portal or by contacting our support team on support@next50.com.au.
Cancelling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for orders already processed or shipped. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please cancel or pause before your next billing date.

Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item (where applicable), we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
