We currently ship NEXT50 orders throughout Australia. Below you'll find information about our shipping costs, processing times and estimated delivery timeframes.
Australia-Wide Shipping
NEXT50 currently ships to addresses throughout Australia.
Standard Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
- $9.95 flat-rate shipping on orders of $100 AUD or less
The same shipping rates apply across Australia, including regional locations.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.
Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 pm. Orders placed before 2:00 pm will generally enter processing one business day earlier than orders placed after the cut-off.
Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next applicable business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch.
These timeframes apply across Australia and are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, unusually high order volumes or other circumstances outside NEXT50's control.
Shipping Providers
NEXT50 works with multiple shipping providers through our distribution partners. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on where your order is fulfilled and its delivery destination.
Carrier details and tracking information will be provided after dispatch where available.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is not currently available.
Regional and Remote Deliveries
NEXT50 currently ships throughout Australia with no specific regional exclusions.
The same standard shipping fee and general delivery timeframe apply to metropolitan, regional and remote Australian addresses. However, deliveries to some remote locations may occasionally take longer due to carrier networks or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time after receiving your dispatch notification for the carrier's tracking system to update.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
NEXT50 cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
